研究推進部研究基盤推進課で実施する以下の各講習会について
2026年4月1日より「Science Tokyo MORE」にて開講しております。
各講習会を受講される方は、以下の案内にしたがって受講をお願いいたします。

■受講方法
以下の「Science Tokyo MORE コース受講者向け自己登録方法案内」をご参照のうえ、受講をお願いいたします。

①Science Tokyo IDポータルにログインのうえ、「MORE」のアイコンをクリックする。
②Science Tokyo MOREログイン後、HOMEタブをクリックし、検索窓から各講習会の名称で検索する。
③各講習会の登録キーを入力のうえ、コースを自己登録する。
④HOMEタブのマイコースに表示される各講習会の名称をクリックし受講する。
なお、①でポータルにアイコンが表示されていない方はローカルアカウントの申請が必要です。
学外者の受講も、同様にローカルアカウントの申請が必要になりますので、以下の案内にしたがって、学内者からのアカウント申請をお願いいたします。

We have been offering courses at 「Science Tokyo MORE」 since April 2026.MORE”.
Participants in each workshop are asked to follow the instructions below.

■ How to Enroll (for University Members)

① Log in to the Science Tokyo ID Portal and click the “MORE” icon.
② After logging into Science Tokyo MORE, click the HOME tab and search for the name of the desired training session in the search bar.
③ Enter the registration key for each workshop and register for the course yourself.
④ Click the name of the training session displayed under “My Courses” on the HOME tab to begin the course.

■ How External Users Can Enroll (For those who do not see the icon on the portal)
If you do not see the icon on the portal in Step ①, you must apply for a local account.
External users must also apply for a local account. Please follow the instructions below and
request an account from a university faculty or staff member.

■基礎研究ID/受講証番号の確認方法
※メール等で個別に通知はしていませんので各自ご確認ください。
　（学外の方へは受講確認後メールで連絡します）

①倫理審査申請システムにログイン
②個人ページのメインメニューの「受講状況」欄に、基礎研究ID/受講証番号および有効期限が記載されています。

※基礎研究IDについて
倫理審査申請システム上では「受講証番号」と表示されますが、ライフサイエンス研究に係る資格講習会においては、
これを基礎研究IDとして読み替えてください。

※倫理審査申請システムのアカウント情報は毎月10日頃に更新されます。
新しく本学に入職、入学された方、職名・職位が変更になった方はこちらの更新までお待ちください。

■対象者
本学でヒトを対象とした研究（試料・データを含む）を行う教職員および研究従事者（大学院生等）
※倫理審査申請を行う場合、本講習会の受講（有効期限は1年間）が必須となります。
※本講習会は毎年度の受講が必須です。
2024年度版の受講証番号「06-xxxx」をお持ちの方は、有効期限が2025年7月31日までとなりますのでご注意ください。

■受講完了後の手続き/受講証番号の付与について
　研修会動画を視聴後、下記の「受講完了報告フォーム」にアクセスいただき、必要事項を記載の上、送信ボタンをクリックしてください。（メールでの受付はしていません）

上記フォームへ入力完了後、1週間程度で倫理審査申請システムに受講証番号を掲載します。

English version of Research Ethics Lecture in 2025
■Eligible person
Students and Researchers planning to conduct research including human samples and data.
When working in the above experiments, a Specially Appointed employment
 (Project Researcher, etc.), Technical Assistant, etc. All staff members are also eligible.

Expiration date of certificate number : One fiscal year (~31st July 2026)
※If you have already attended Japanese ver, this course is not necessary.
※You have to attend this lecture every year.

After you finish to watch the video, please access the "Course Completion Report Form" at the URL below, fill in the required information, and click the submit button.

Please note that even if you have sent an E-mail confirming completion of the course,
your Certificate number will not be issued.

About a week after submission, you will be given your Certificate number.

■対象者
本学で「動物実験」「遺伝子組換え実験」「病原微生物・特定病原体等を取扱う実験」を行う教職員、研究従事者（大学院生・学部学生等、共同研究者等）で、有効期限内の基礎研究IDを未取得または有効期限切れ間近の者（＊）
＊最新の基礎研究ID（受講証番号）が「2023」から始まるものは有効期限が2026年6月30日となっていますので、必ず受講してください。
※基礎研究IDの有効期限は、受講から３年度経過後の6月30日です。
（2026年度の教材を受講した場合、有効期限は2029年6月30日となります）
※動物実験施設等学内各施設が開催している施設利用講習会は別途受講が必要です。

■基礎研究IDについて
数字８桁＋アルファベット１文字からなる9桁の番号です。
ライフサイエンス研究に係る資格講習会を受講後に発行される受講証番号が、そのまま基礎研究IDとなります。

■受講後の手続き／基礎研究IDの付与
研修会動画をすべて視聴後「受講完了報告フォーム」にアクセスし、必要事項を記載して送信ボタンをクリックしてください。（メールでの受付はしていません）
　受講完了報告フォームは こちら
上記フォームへ入力完了後、動画の全視聴が確認された方に対し、1週間程度で倫理審査申請システムに基礎研究IDを掲載します。

■実験の申請
動物実験、遺伝子組換え実験、病原微生物・特定病原体等を取扱う実験を行う場合は、事前に実験計画書を作成し、各委員会の審査を受ける必要があります。
実験計画書は、実験計画書Web申請システムで作成してください。

Faculty, staff, and researchers (graduate and undergraduate students, collaborators, etc.) who conduct experiments with genetically modified organisms, animals, and/or specific pathogenic organisms are required to attend this. When working in the above experiments, a Specially Appointed employment (Project Researcher, etc.), Technical Assistant, etc. All staff members are also eligible.

※If you have already attended Japanese ver, this course is not necessary.

Expiration date of Basic Research ID : 3rd fiscal year (~30th June 2029) 

※If you attended this course before 2023, you are required to attend latest version of this.

■About the Basic Research ID

Consisting of 8-digit numbers + 1 letter, for total of 9 characters

The certificate number issued upon completion of the "Certification Course for Life Sciences Research" will serve as your Basic Research ID.

■Experiments procedure

When conduct experiments with genetically modified organisms, animals, and/or specific pathogenic organisms protocol must be prepared in advance and reviewed by the respective committee.

The experiment protocol must be prepared using the 実験計画書Web申請システム.

※The system is a campus-only page.

※Only those who have the Tougou ID can log in.
