【大学院生】申請資格
１．経済的理由によって納付が困難であり、かつ学業が優秀と認められる者。
２．【入学料】入学前1年以内において、学資負担者が死亡し、又は本人若しくは学資負担者が風水害等の災害を受けたこと等により納付が著しく困難であると認められる者
【授業料】授業料納期前6ヶ月以内（新入生の最初の納期についてのみ入学前1年以内）において、学資負担者が死亡し、又は本人若しくは学資負担者が風水害等の災害を受けたこと等により納付が著しく困難であると認められる者
３．前記に準ずる場合で、学長が相当の事由があると認めた場合
※但し、以下の者は、入学料も授業料も徴収猶予のみ申請可能（入学した学期は免除申請は不可）。
• 留学生。（ただし、入学直前の学期に本学に在籍した者（学士課程の学生、科目等履修生、海外交流学生、海外訪問学生又は大学院研究生であった者）は免除申請が可能）

1. Students who face significant financial hardship in paying fees and are recognized as academically outstanding.

Enrollment Fee】 Students who, within one year prior to enrollment, have experienced the death of their financial supporter, or who themselves or their financial supporter have suffered a disaster such as a flood or storm, resulting in significant difficulty in paying the fee.
【Tuition】Individuals recognized as facing significant payment hardship due to the death of the financial supporter within 6 months prior to the tuition payment deadline (for new students, only the first payment deadline within one year prior to enrollment), or due to the student or financial supporter suffering a natural disaster such as flood damage.
3. Cases equivalent to the above, where the President deems there to be sufficient grounds.
* Newly admitted international students may apply only for deferment of
Enrollment fee and tuition payments (they may not apply for tuition fee exemption for the semester in which they enroll).
However, individuals who were enrolled at this university in the immediately preceding semester as a bachelor's student, non-degree student, international exchange student, international visiting student, or graduate research student may apply for exemption.

「免除」と「猶予」について
Exemption: If you cannot pay fees within one semester.
「猶予」：数ヵ月後なら諸経費の支払いが可能な場合
Deferment: If you can pay fees after a few months.
入学料免除・徴収猶予の申請を希望する合格者は、
入学料を支払わず、入学手続き期間に「入学料徴収猶予申請」のみを提出してください。
「入学料徴収猶予申請書」は各自ご自身の該当する書式を利用して申請してください。
本申請書の提出のみでは、手続きが完了しません。入学後に提出が必要な書類があります。正確な申請期間等の詳細は、大学のWebページを必ずお読みください。
≪大学院へ入学する新入生への注意≫
留学生は、入学料徴収猶予申請のみ可能です（免除申請はできません）。
提出する様式を間違えないようにしてください。入学料徴収猶予申請をする場合は、様式2-4ではなく様式2-6を提出してください。
（ただし、入学直前の学期に本学に在籍していた留学生は、免除申請が可能です）

Applicants who have been accepted to our university and wish to apply for an exemption from the Enrollment fee or a deferment of the Enrollment fee payment should submit only the "Application for Admissions Fee Payment Deferment" to the Admissions Office during the admission procedure period without paying the Enrollment fee. When applying, please be sure to use the appropriate form for the "Application for Enrollment Fee Payment Deferment."It is not possible to complete the process only by submitting this application. It is necessary to submit certain documents after enrollment. Please be sure to read the university's web page for more information, including the exact application period.
（Notes to new students entering graduate school）
New international students who have just entered Science Tokyo can apply only for an Enrollment fee payment postponement, not for an exemption.
If you are applying for a deferment of the Enrollment fee payment, please submit Form 2-6 instead of Form 2-4.
（Those who were registered at Science Tokyo in the immediately preceding semester can apply for an exemption.）

「入学料徴収猶予申請書」を提出後、本学HPより、申請書類等をダウンロードし、申請要領等を熟読の上、書類を作成する。

※After submitting the "Application Fee Deferment Aplication", do not pay the Enrollment fee until a decision regarding exemption or deferment is made.
After submitting the "Application for Enrollment Fee Payment Deferment," download the application documents from the university website, carefully read the guidelines, and prepare the documents.
