大学院生 Graduate students
※4月入学生について、前年度3月に本学修士課程を修了し、引き続き4月より本学博士課程に進学する学生は「新入生」として扱われます。4月入学・進学の新入生を対象としたご案内を確認ください。
For April entrants, students who complete a master's program at this university in March of the previous academic year and advance to a doctoral program at this university in April are treated as new students. Please refer to the information for new students who enrolled or advanced in April.
※9月入学生について、9月に本学修士課程を修了し、引き続き9月より本学博士課程に進学する学生は「新入生」として扱われます。9月入学・進学の新入生を対象としたご案内を確認ください。
For September entrants, students who complete a master's program at this university in September of the previous academic year and advance to a doctoral program at this university in April are treated as new students. | 【お知らせ】2025年度より、標準修業年限内であれば、申請結果は年度内有効となります。前期に通年で免除結果が出た学生は、後期の申請はできません。（※家計急変の場合を除く） Starting in the 2025 academic year, if within the standard period of study, the application result will be valid for the entire academic year. Students who receive a full-year exemption result in the first semester cannot apply in the second semester. (Excluding cases of sudden changes in household income) ※本制度における「家計急変」とは、家計支持者の死亡または被災等を意味します。前期で通年の判定結果を出されたが、後期申請前に家計急変があり、家計急変を踏まえて後期に改めて申請したい場合には、まずはメールでご連絡ください。 ※“Sudden change in household circumstances” under this system refers to the death or disaster-related loss of the household breadwinner. If you received a full-year determination result in the first semester but experienced a sudden change in household circumstances before the second semester application period, and wish to reapply for the second semester based on this change, please contact us via email first. |

| 【重要】2026年度前期授業料免除等の判定結果の通知について 2026年度前期授業料免除・徴収猶予及び入学料免除・徴収猶予の判定結果について、2026年8月6日（木）にメールにて通知しました。 免除・徴収猶予申請をした学生は結果を確認してください。 エラー等でメールを確認できない学生は、早急に下記お問い合わせ先にメールにてご連絡ください。 ※学内のメールアドレス（isctアドレス）に送付しています。 ※大学院生につきましては、推薦書を書いていただいた先生に、必ず判定結果を報告してください。 ※支払いがある場合、経理課収入第2グループより別途連絡がありますので、必ずご確認ください。 The results of the 2026 Spring Semester Tuition Fee Exemption/Deferment and Enrollment Fee Exemption/Deferment assessments were notified via email onThursday, August 6, 2026. Students who applied for exemption or deferral should check their results. Students unable to access their email due to errors or other issues should promptly contact the inquiry address below via email. ※Emails were sent to your university email address (isct address and tmd address). ※Graduate students must report the determination results to the professor who responded to your recommendation letter. ※If payment is due, you will receive separate notification from the Revenue Group 2.
