Essential Expertise for Clinical Dentistry 4 (EECD4) Report (Second week)
Our second hands-on session in EECD4 has finished on August 29th, 2018, conducted by Dr. Koji MIZUTANI (Department of Periodontology).
The session, “Flap operation: Basic training of periodontal surgery” using swine jaws, gave the 17 graduate students and 3 undergraduate dental students an opportunity to learn and practice of SRP, incision, flap elevation, debridement and suturing techniques required in periodontal surgery.
