Top Global University Project concluded in the AY2023.

TMDU has been selected as an institution to receive assistance from the Top Global University Project (Type A [Top]: Top universities with the ability to strive to enter the ranking of the top 100 universities in the world and that carry out education and research of the global level) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU) offers International Faculty Development Course with the purpose of introducing expertise in clinical dental education at TMDU, as part of the Project for Promoting Global Dental Education and Research Bases to Southeast Asia.

Based on joint research with dental education and research institutions in Southeast Asia and achievements in human exchange and international student education, our aim is to promote research and educational exchange—centered on education and research bases in Southeast Asia—and standardize dental education with a view towards international developments.
