Change of Status / 資格変更
本学は「留学」ビザの資格変更のみ対応しております。
The Yushima International Student Support Group (former International Student Support Unit) issues the Application (For Organization part1, 2). Please go to the Immigration Bureau by yourself after getting these forms. In general, it takes about one week - 10 business days to issue these and we will send you a notification message. Once you recieve it, please come to our office (Building 5, 3rd floor) with your ID.
Please download and fill in "Change of Status Request Form", and then send the completed form along with the Applications (For Applicant part 1 - 3・Appendix) , copies of your residence card, passport and student ID to the Yushima International Student Support Group via the BOX link below.

湯島留学生支援グループ（旧学生受入係）において、申請書（所属機関作成用1, 2）を作成しますので、受け取ってからご自身で入国管理局に行ってください。
「在留資格変更許可申請書交付願」をダウンロードして必要事項を記入し、ファイルを申請書（申請人等作成用1~3・別紙）、在留カード、パスポート、学生証のコピーと併せて下記BOXへ提出してください。通常発行まで、１週間から１０日ほど時間を要します。発行できましたらメールでお知らせいたしますので、身分証明書をもって5号館3階までお越しください。
