◆採用された場合、１年毎の各時点における学業成績係数2.30 を下回ったときは、国費外国人留学生の身分を喪失します。
After being granted the MEXT scholarship, your scholarship will be canceled if your annual GPA falls below a 2.30.
◆英語能力に関して一定の水準（CEFR B2相当以上）を満たしている方を推薦してください。
Applicants must meet a certain level of English language proficiency (Equivalent to or above CEFR B2 level).

※2024 年10月に 東京工業大学 と統合し、新大学 「東京科学大学」 に移行しました。統合日以降は新大学の修了となるため、新大学の名称で学位記を発行することになります。
Tokyo Medical and Dental University merged with Tokyo Institute of Technology and establish a new university "Institute of Science Tokyo" in October 2024. Those completing their graduate programs on or after the day of integration will be graduates of the new university, and their diplomas will be issued under its name.

The following information regarding the MEXT application guidelines and documents pertains to the 2025 edition. We will update following information as soon as new information becomes available. Please use this as a reference until the official notifications and forms are published.
下記、MEXTの募集要項や申請書類については、2025年度版となります。情報が更新され次第こちらにアップデートいたします。正式な通知や様式が掲載されるまでの参考としていただけたらと思います。

- (1) 申請書／Application Form
- (2) 専攻分野及び研究計画／Field of Study and Study Program
- (3) 推薦調書（別紙様式1)／Recommendation Report (Form 1, must be completed by a prospective professor)
- (4) 総合成績評価報告書（別紙様式3）／Total Academic Report (Form 3, must be completed by a prospective professor)
- (5) 健康診断書／Certificate of Health
出願期間：2025年10月27日（月）～ 2025年11月28日（金）/ Application Period: October 27 (Mon) - November 28 (Fri), 2025
提出方法：Web出願
「７．応募手続き」に記載の必要な書類を全て揃えた上、下記のオンラインフォームに必要事項を入力し、オンラインフォームに記載の指示に従ってファイルを送信すること。

※注意：メールでは応募を受付けない。必ず上記のオンラインフォームからファイルをアップロードすること。また、オンラインフォームが未記入の場合も応募は受け付けない。
・原本の提出
上記のWeb出願後、「７．応募手続」に記載の下記の書類は、原本も提出すること。郵送先は「（３）提出先」の住所を参照。
(4) 総合成績評価報告書（別紙様式３）
(5) 出身大学の卒業証明書または卒業見込み証明書若しくは学位記
(6) 最終出身大学又は大学院の成績証明書
※上記の（4）は、受入予定分野と調整の上、５号館３階湯島留学生支援グループの窓口に直接提出しても差し支えない。

After preparing all the required documents listed in “7. APPLICATION PROCEDURE,” please complete the online form below and upload your files according to the instructions provided in the form.

・Submission of Original Documents
After completing the online application above, the following documents listed in “7. APPLICATION PROCEDURE” must also be submitted in their original form. Please mail them to the address indicated in “12. INQUIRY.”
(4) Total academic Report: Form3
(5) Certificates of graduation (or expected graduation) from university. Certificate of completion (or prospective completion) of graduate course or degree, if any
(6) Official academic transcripts from university and/or graduate school attended which certifies the achievement of an excellent academic record issued by the last school you attended (e.g. GPA, classification, ranking, etc.
* Document (4) may alternatively be submitted directly to the Yushima International Student Support Group after coordination with your preferred department.
