[Application for the Graduate School(Second Round Application) and the Graduate Research Student]
Applicants who apply for the second round application of the Doctoral Programl and wish to become a graduate research student if you are not accepted into the graduate school must submit the application documents for both the graduate school and graduate research student.

【Important Notice】Change in the Specialized Subjects    *As of March 22, 2023
The specialized subjects of written examination will be changed from the examination of April 2025 enrollment as below:
   Before the change: English 1, English 2, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering and Clinical Laboratory Science
   After the change: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, Social Medicine and Oral Health
The details will be announced as soon as they are decided.
*It will be required to take TOEFL-ITP as it is.

【Sample Questions of Social Medicine and Oral Health】 *As of May 31, 2024
Sample Questions of Social Medicine and Oral Health, newly introduced subjects to written examination(specialized subject) from April 2025 enrollment, are available.

*Note: Applicants who has graduated from a university or completed a master’s program in non-English speaking countries need to submit an official score report from either TOEFL iBT or IELTS even if the classes or education was offered in English.
