VitalWatchについて
VitalWatchは、東京科学大学病院が実施する「Home monitoring研究」の公式アプリです。
この研究は、病気を治療中の患者さんが救急受診が必要になる前に、体調の変化を早期に察知できる仕組みの開発を目指しています。
🎯 研究の目的
治療中の患者さんは、ご自宅で発熱、脱水、心臓のトラブルなど、症状が急に悪化することがあります。VitalWatchは、Apple Watchのデータから体の変化を早めに察知し、将来的に患者さんご自身がより良い健康管理を行えるようにすることを目指しています。
✅ 主な機能
• 研究説明と電子同意書 詳細な研究内容の説明と、電子署名による同意書の作成
• ヘルスケアデータの収集 Apple Watchで記録された以下のデータ等を収集します： - 心拍数 💓 - 活動量（歩数・運動量など）🏃♂️ - 睡眠データ 😴 - 皮膚温 🌡 - 酸素飽和度 🫁
• 安全なデータ送信 収集したデータをから個人情報を除き研究IDで管理し、暗号化された通信で安全にクラウドに送信
🔒 プライバシーとセキュリティ
• 個人情報保護：個人が特定できる情報は外し、研究IDで管理 • 暗号化通信：すべてのデータはTLS 1.3で暗号化 • 厳重な管理：安全性の高い方法で管理 • 3省2ガイドライン準拠：医療データの取り扱いガイドラインに完全準拠
🙋♀️ 対象となる方
• 18歳以上の方 • 救急受診をされた際、バイタルサインに異常がみられた方 • Apple Watchをお持ちで、日常的にデータが記録されている方
🙆♂️ 参加は完全に自由です
本研究への参加は完全に任意です。参加されない場合でも、診療で不利益を受けることは一切ありません。参加に同意されたあとでも、途中でやめることができます。

About VitalWatch
VitalWatch is the app for the “Home Monitoring Study” conducted by Tokyo Science University Hospital, which explores the potential of predicting emergency department visits using Apple Watch biometric data.
This research aims to develop a system that can detect early signs of health deterioration before patients undergoing treatment need emergency care.
🎯 Research Purpose
Patients undergoing treatment may experience sudden worsening of symptoms such as fever, dehydration, or heart problems at home. VitalWatch aims to detect early changes in physical condition using Apple Watch data and enable patients to better manage their health in the future.

• Research Explanation & Electronic Consent Detailed explanation of the research and electronic signature-based consent form
• Health Data Collection Collects the following data recorded by Apple Watch: - Heart Rate 💓 - Activity Level (steps, exercise) 🏃♂️ - Sleep Data 😴 - Skin Temperature 🌡 - Oxygen Saturation 🫁
• Secure Data Transmission De-identified collected data and transmits it securely to the cloud via encrypted communication

• Age 18 or older • Individuals who had abnormal vital signs during emergency department visit • Apple Watch users with regularly recorded health data

Participation in this research is completely voluntary. You will not be disadvantaged in your medical care if you choose not to participate. You may withdraw your consent at any time after agreeing to participate.
