ミトコンドリア、ゴルジ体に関連する応答ゾーン、連携ゾーン解析

研究概要

ゴルジ体の機能が不足する状態（ゴルジ体ストレス状態）になると、細胞はゴルジ体ストレス応答機構を活性化することによってゴルジ体の機能を増強しようとする。私は、ゴルジ体ストレスを感知してそのシグナルを核へ伝達するゴルジ体ストレス応答ゾーンを研究している。ゴルジ体の機能は複数存在することから、ゴルジ体ストレス応答ゾーンもそれぞれの機能に対応して複数存在すると考えられる。具体的には、(1) Ｎ型糖鎖修飾やゴルジ体の構造形成・小胞輸送機能を増強するTFE3ゾーン、(2) プロテオグリカン型糖鎖修飾機能を増強するプロテオグリカン・ゾーン、(3) ムチン型糖鎖修飾機能を増強するムチン・ゾーン、(4) スフィンゴ糖脂質型糖鎖修飾機能を増強するスフィンゴ糖脂質ゾーンについて解析を進めている。
