The Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI)は、University of Pennsylvania (米国)のLake教授により、マグネット病院特性を反映して開発された尺度です。多くの言語に翻訳されており、日本語版が開発された後は、日本においても、毎年、研究者や実践者の方々に活用され続けています。
