Buildings
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Kyoyo-bu) is located in Kounodai, Ichikawa. Hippocrates Hall houses classrooms, science labs, and offices.
At the entrance: the Hippocratic Oath in Greek and Japanese.
A bust of Hippocrates created by the Japanese sculptor Sato Churyo. In the lobby: Students can see an enlarged version of the title page of Vesalius' De humani corporis fabrica libri septem (On the fabric of the human body in seven books) in tiles.
Administration Office Building
Champs de Causerie
The glass-faced building behind the Administration Office Building has a French name: Champs de Causerie. There is the Health Administration Center and Student Center Kounodai Branch on the first floor and a student lounge on the second floor.
the Ho-oh-zuka
burial mound
The lush campus even has an ancient burial mound, the Ho-oh-zuka burial mound, which is said to date back to the last years of the Tumulus period (late 3rd to 7th century, A.D.) .
