Seminar in Seoul, Korea held in June, 2014

NRF A3 Foresight Program 2014 Seminar
-Epigenetic Signatures in Gastric Carcinogenesis-

Date June 20-23, 2014
Venue Seoul National University Cancer Research Institute, Seoul

Summary

NRF A3 Foresight Program 2014 Seminar was held on June 20-23, 2014 at Seoul National University Cancer Research Institute, Seoul, Korea. This meeting highlighted epigenetic signatures in gastric carcinogenesis via molecular and epidemiological analyses. A total of 44 scientists (16 senior and 28 junior) from three nations attended this meeting. One senior speaker made a presentation about his study for 25 minutes. Each of 20 junior speakers was given for 16 minutes in presentation and discussion. After the presentations, we discussed our collaborative researches one by one, and summarized the results of them. We also decided to continuously collaborate with one another after the A3 Foresight program.
