Graduate Admissions GuidelinesOur Educational Philosophy
Our laboratory aims to cultivate independent researchers and clinicians, with education centered on the following three priorities.
-
01
Independent Research Skills
We foster the ability to set your own research themes, form hypotheses, and test them. Weekly meetings and one-on-one mentoring provide careful support in developing your research.
-
02
Global Communication Skills
We actively support presentations at domestic and international conferences and the writing of English-language papers. Our international collaboration with MD Anderson Cancer Center allows students to build a global research network.
-
03
Bridging Clinical Practice and Research
From the perspective of laboratory medicine, we pursue research themes directly connected to patient care, advancing translational research that bridges basic science and clinical practice.
