2/14（月）からメールシステムが新しく変更されます。それに伴う注意点を以下に記載します。必ず確認をお願いいたします。

■　新メールシステムの利用方法
サーバ名、URLの変更はありませんので、2/14（月）から今の設定のままメールシステムへのアクセスが可能です。アカウントおよびパスワードの変更はありません。

・ウェブメール：https://webmail.tmd.ac.jp
・受信メールサーバ（POP3）：mail.tmd.ac.jp
・送信メールサーバ（SMTP）：mail.tmd.ac.jp

■　新ウェブメールシステムの利用方法
ウェブメールの操作方法がかわります。マニュアルは以下の URLにありますので、参照ください。

■　メールデータの各自バックアップ
新規メールシステムには既存のメールデータを移行しませんので、事前にメールデータを各自PCに保管してください。

サーバ変更作業中はメールの送受信ができませんのでご了承願います。

VPNについて

VPN接続が64bit対応になりました。
接続手引きを http://www2.tmd.ac.jp/cmn/cim/infovpn08.htmlに置きました。
windows7について記載されていますが、VISTA,MacOSにも対応しております。

これに伴い旧システム（Mac対応システム）を６月末で停止します。

旧３号館の学内ネットワークについて

旧３号館取り壊しに伴い、旧３号館の学内ネットワークの機器の停止を下記の通り行います。

トラブル内容：
現在、into-tmd@tmd.ac.jpから2006年5月以来のセンターからの通知および
一部、info-tmd@tmd.ac.jp宛に送られたユーザのメールが全ユーザ宛に送信されています
現在、強制削除しましたが、宛先、件名が空欄のメールが30通前後届くおそれがあります
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

詳細：医歯学総合研究棟Ⅰ期４階に電源工事が発生します。医歯学総合研究棟Ⅰ期４階だけコンセント（廊下、ＥＶホール、全熱交換機、トイレ）等電源、照明が上記時間で停電します。（エレベーターには影響ありません。）
これに伴い、医歯学総合研究棟Ⅰ期のネットワークと共同教育研究棟が停止します。（他の建物は影響ありません。）

詳細：現在、ICAP network error等のエラー表示が出ると多数報告されているため一時的にMSofficeのダウンロードを停止します。

メール障害

発生日時：
平成１８年２月１９日（日）前後～２０日（月）１３：００

障害内容：学内・学外からのすべてのメールが受信できません。

障害影響：学内・学外からのすべてのメールが受信できなくなっております。
学内からのメール送信は現在のところ可能です。
メールの受信作業は可能で、障害発生前までに届いたメールを読むことは可能ですが、障害発生後に届いたメールが配信されておりません。
この障害によるメールの消失は現在までのところ発生しておりません。
障害発生中に届いたメールは障害回復後に受信できます。
現在復旧の見込みは立っておりません。
大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、復旧までしばらくお待ちください。

障害状態：現在は復旧しております。
