The partner institution and TMDU consult to decide research theme, research period, research fund, division of roles for the research and the like.
The partner institution is required to file a Collaborative Research Application Form to TMDU. The application needs to be approved by TMDU.
The partner institution and TMDU conclude a Collaborative Research Agreement.
The partner institution and Intellectual Property Division work together with Research Cooperation Section to examine terms and conditions of the agreement and negotiate with each other. When the parties reach a final consensus on the agreement, it will be approved by an authorized representative of TMDU through Research Cooperation Section, and the agreement is formally concluded.
After the research fund is paid by the partner institution, the collaborative research starts.
