From Nippori station to Akihabara station, take JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks for Ueno, Tokyo or JR Keihin-Tohoku Line for Ueno, Tokyo, Shinagawa, Yokohama.
From Akihabara station to Ochanomizu station, take JR Chuo Line, Sobu Line for Ochanomizu, Shinjuku (Local Train).
Using Tokyo Shuttle, from Narita Airport go to Tokyo station.

Cross the bridge from JR Ochanomizu station. Cross the intersection and climb the slope or staircase at the entrance of Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Turn left at the entrance of the affiliated hospital at the end and head towards the entrance of M&D Tower.
