TMDU has been selected as an institution to receive assistance from the Top Global University Project (Type A [Top]: Top universities with the ability to strive to enter the ranking of the top 100 universities in the world and that carry out education and research of the global level) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU) offers International Faculty Development Course with the purpose of introducing expertise in clinical dental education at TMDU

On Friday September 2nd 2022, Prof. Prasit, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and his delegation of nine members visited TMDU.

Through our work with PHI we have introduced new ideas and approaches into our curriculum, including patient-doctor relationship courses, hybrid programs integrating basic science and clinical studies, and innovative clinical clerkship programs.

Although travel between countries is currently restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TMDU is actively planning and preparing international networking activities online, particularly for students who would otherwise have been studying overseas. Our aim is to support students in continuing to acquire international perspectives and build overseas networks.
