Registration Procedure

1. Download and Complete the registration form.

2. Send it by e-mail.

    E-mail address: abc2015v@gmail.com
    E-mail title: ABC2015_Registration_Last name_First name

3. You will receive your Registarion_Number and bank transfer instructions by e-mail.
4. Pay registration fee according to the bank transfer instructions.
5. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

NOTICE:
No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
When the participant name and Registarion_Number are NOT stated on the bank transfer, your payment cannot be linked.
Consequently, the payment will be unknown to the administration office.

Preregistration Rates (before October 31)

  • Regular -- \20,000
  • Student -- \10,000
  • Banquet:Regular -- \6,000
  • Banquet:Student -- \3,000

On-site Registration Rates (after October 31)

  • Regular -- \25,000
  • Student -- \12,000
  • Banquet:Regular -- \7,000
  • Banquet:Student -- \4,000

Cancellation policy

Nothing will be refunded, but an abstract book (in a USB memory) will be delivered after the conference.
