Symposia> Jenesys: Toward Networking Dental Professionals in Asia
The Faculty of Dentistry, supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, held the "Toward networking dental professionals in Asia" symposium on 6 October 2011. The symposium brought together many international TMDU alumni who attended TMDU in the 1990s and the first decade of this century. Alumni from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam made speeches to the assembled students, alumni and TMDU staff. The messages of encouragement to the new generation of students and of apprecation to the school for from our alumni who have gone on to great things was greatly appreciated by the audience. Following the symposium was a reception that was attended by many representatives from industry as well as TMDU students, staff, and alumni.
