Ozoni Party, 5 January 2012
International and domestic students, enjoyed traditional Japanese ozoni soup as prepared by Prof. Okita of the IEC on 5 January 2012. After explaining the different types of ozoni to be found across Japan, Okita-sensei showed how to make the soup, and then the many students in attendance began the new year with a delicious bowl of ozoni.
