IEC Events
The IEC hold many kinds of events throughout the year.
As an example of one of our introductions to Japanese culture, below are some pictures from our hanami party in 2011. The party was held at Kanda Myojin shrine, a five-minute walk from campus.
International students also introduce their countries with a lunch time presentation:
Some international students have given a series of lectures to introduce their native language:
The IEC holds ceremonies to welcome new language students, and celebrate the completion of their studies:
In addition, the IEC helps orient new international students to life in Japan and study at TMDU:
The IEC also helps support TMDU symposia, such as the International Summer Program and the Jenesys program.
